San Vigilio di Marebbe is located in the approximate vicinity of the "Fanes - Senes - Braies" Natural Park, which offers innumerable hikes and excursions. An area to see, study, enjoy and to live. Villa Norcenni, originally constructed at the end of the fifteenth century as a guard tower, belonged to the family of the Magherini Counts who demolished the old tower and who, over a century, created the building as it is today. The result is a typical example of Tuscan buildings. The Villa, immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the countryside, now belongs to the Cardini-Vannucchi family, who have created a residential centre with private swimming pool. The holiday apartments in Villa Norcenni are for 2 to 6 people. They are fully furnished in Tuscan style and have a bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen area. The personal and characteristic atmosphere of the rooms is enhanced by the superb view from the windows of the Villa. The gardens and outside areas are furnished with tables and chairs reserved for each apartment. Guests of the Villa may make use of all the services and initiatives of the Norcenni Girasole Club.

Located at the foot of the ancient Medieval town Cervo (province of Imperia), formerly a romantic coral-seekers` Village directly at the sea, the camping park boasts a private beach of 1500 sq.m., surveilled by a life guard, and a lagoon immersed into the blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. It is protected by quays that allow safe water-immersions and provide accessible anchorage for small boats. For fresh water lovers, the camping park offers the 1.5 m deep and 7x19 m wide swimming pool with hydromassage, where after swimming in the pool you can enjoy the warm sunrays on the comfortable beach chairs. The camping park provides pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, protected from the hot summer sun by a grape arbour roof, which when ripe in September, can be gathered directly from the tree. All the pitches, surrounded by flowers and evergreen hedges, are equipped with chairs, tables, electric lamps, and utility hookups of electricity with autonomous electricity meters (6/10A-220V), potable water and grey water disposal. Heated shower facilities offer free-of-charge showers with unlimited hot running water, as well as use of hairdryers and sockets. If looking for accommodation, the camping park also offers two-room holiday flats (for 4 persons) or maxicaravans (for 5 persons) (min. 1 week stay), equipped with TV Sat, hot and cold air-conditioning, a private safe, a hairdryer, weekly change of linen and other facilities for your comfort.Pets are welcome if you are travelling with your own transport, but, if renting a flat or a maxicaravan, animals are not allowed. No matter how big or small, we have a game room at your disposal, where you can play either videogames or ping pong, and have access to some fitness equipment. The camping park also features a car-wash facility, and waste water and chemical WC (cassette tank) disposal. You will also find a laundry room with coin operated washing machines and a tumble-dryer. On site, there are also a small convenience store, a bar, and a restaurant-pizzeria offering takeway. We have 350 pitches of different sizes, 60 structures of different sort as bungalow, mobil-home and studio. There's also a new swimming pool with different tanks for children and adults, equipped with slides for both and whirlpool. Giulianova is situated in Abruzzo, in central Adriatic coast, at 25 km South from San Benedetto del Tronto, and at 40 km North from Pescara. Roma is far 200 km. bungalows are for 3/4/5 persons, all with bathroom/shower, kitchenette and recently built portico. We have also mini-apartments for 3/4 persons with kitchenette and bathroom. Our campsite develops itself on a flat shaded meadow at only 800 mts far from the world-famous Leaning Tower.
