Camping site with 'charme', situated directly on the Trasimeno lake, between Umbria and Tuscany, at only 800 m. from the city center of Passignano sul Trasimeno and at only 100 m. of the exit 'Passignano est' on the road Bettolle - Perugia.
Founded in 1966 after the reconversion of a private villa of the beginning of the century, immersed in the green of a park in one of the most beautiful and quiet angles of the lake, the camping has been the first at the lake. The camping disposes of 70 sites, each 60/60 sqm. large, separated by hedges and with the possibility of an electrical connection (4/6 Amp).
Because of the friendly welcome, the attention and services for our guests, the camping can be defined as a "small outdoor hotel".
For environment, peace, cleanliness and quality of the sanitary services the camping has been recommended by the german ADAC and the dutch guides ANWB and ACSI.
The old villa has been transformed in a beautiful 3-star Hotel, offering rooms with all comfort with 2/3 or 4 beds and b&b, half and full board treatment.
The restaurant with a panorama terrace over the lake, framed by hydrangea flowers and lemon trees, offers 'à la carte' and touristic menus, as well as take away meals.
Not only ideal for spending a relaxing vacation but also perfect for visiting historic and cultural cities like Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena.
